Our facility is located in the northeast of Brazil and our office in São Paulo. Tropickout exports freeze-dried fruits all over the world. The freeze drying technology provides natural fruits after removing all its water through a sublimation technique, which guarantees the product’s conservation for many years and, depending on the storage condition, even for decades.

The Tropickout team is constantly working on the development of new technologies and freeze-dried products, such as powdered fruits, spices, teas and much more soon available to our customers.

HOW IT WORKS

Lyophilization, also known as “freeze drying” or “vacuum dehydration”, is an advanced food preservation technique. This process involves removing water by first freezing it and then sublimating the frozen water in a vacuum environment.

It preserves the physical and chemical properties of the original food such as flavor, color, aroma and nutrients, as sublimation is carried out at very low temperatures, avoiding thermal degradation of the material.
